Real change starts
with the right support.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), EMDRIA Certified Therapist, and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
I have a passion to help others, specifically those who have experienced trauma. Whether it was a single incident, childhood/attachment trauma, or ongoing traumatic stress, I am here to help you process the complexities and aspects that are still disturbing to you.
One of my favorite quotes comes from Gabor Maté: “Trauma is not what happens to you but what happens inside you”. Often, what happens inside us results in symptoms like anxiety, panic, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship/trust issues. But I have good news: what was once learned (i.e., "I'm not good enough") can be unlearned (i.e., "I am good enough")!
By processing the past, you can have more clarity, resolve, and peace in the present...which means more hope for your future.
If you are ready to take that next step, please reach out to me for a

My Approach
My approach integrates evidence-based methods, including:
-
EMDR Therapy: Helps you process and heal from distressing experiences so they no longer control your present.
-
ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention): Gradually helps you face fears and tolerate disturbance, building lasting relief.
-
IFS (Internal Family Systems): Helps you heal different "parts" of yourself so you can lead from a calmer, grounded sense of self.
-
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): Shifts unhelpful thought patterns into more balanced, manageable ways of thinking.
-
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): Builds skills to manage emotions, relationships, and distress more effectively.
-
Person-Centered & Solution-Focused: A supportive approach focused on your goals, strengths, and what works for you.
I adapt these approaches with your collaboration, so our work together fits what you need most.
